1. Acceptance
By creating an account on 12devs you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use 12devs. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. The service
12devs is a reciprocal beta-testing platform for Android developers. Developers submit apps to receive testers; in exchange they agree to test other developers' apps. The platform facilitates matching and tracking but does not guarantee a specific number of testers or reviews.
4. User obligations
You agree to: (a) provide accurate information when registering and submitting apps; (b) genuinely test apps you commit to testing and submit honest reviews; (c) not abuse the slot system, create fake accounts, or manipulate reviews; (d) comply with Google Play's developer policies when submitting your apps.
5. Prohibited conduct
You must not use 12devs to distribute malware, infringe intellectual property rights, harass other users, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
6. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to your app and content. By submitting an app to 12devs you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to display your app's name, icon, and description on the platform for the purpose of facilitating testing.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
12devs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data integrity, or any specific outcome from using the platform.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 12devs and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of 12devs after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
